We celebrated Ben's bday with a Pippi Longstocking themed party. We spent the day at Junibacken and had cake and ice cream at home that night.
Sophia is under the covers in this picture - she is sleeping with her feet on the pillow - just like Pippi!
Playing in Pippi's kitchen.
Outside of Pippi's house.
With Pippi's horse
Ben has really grown up since the last time we were at Junibacken in October - he played with a lot more toys and loved the story train. As you can tell from the pictures, he is going through of stage of not looking at the camera for pictures - a bit different than 6 months ago when he loved to give cheesy smiles!
Ben had a Swedish/Pippi cake for his bday. Note the little, tiny monkey in the front. Ben loves that little guy and calls him George (after Curious George) - I guess Mr. Nilsson is too difficult to remember :-)
He is a fan of his new Twin's gear from Gramma Rue and Papa Craiger! I love this picture because it looks like he is bummed from missing a fly ball...
